 And on top of everything else mentioned here, winnie and you, were clearly in a position, for years, to easily assist me in hiring a lawyer, to get my DRIVERS licence back.

That's obvious.

I had a good paying job lined up, jeff.

All I needed was my g licence.

I was ready to start work.

In 1999.

I was all set.

For a moving company.

Then the government sends me a letter stating they suspended my licence for bicycle FINES.

I proved to them they erred.

As if it makes any sense to take my licence away for that to begin with?

That's ridiculous on the part of canadas laws.

Anyways, to continue,

The law states no canadian citizen can have their licence suspended for any fine  except a fine which relates to a MOTORIZED vehicle.

I didnt have a fine pertaining to a MOTORIZED vehicle.

A bicycle doesnt have a motor on it.

So,

They admitted they made the mistake.

On that note.

But they told me I had to go to court to correct their err.

And explain to a judge they made an err.

That's what they told me.

Because it was in the system.

It had to be done that way.

As if that makes any sense.

But that's what they said the laws of canada stated.

Totally ridiculous laws.

So anyways I waited for my case.

A full year.

I had an open and shut case.

But when my court case came up, a judge named judge little told me the judges at that time were not hearing cases if someone did not have a lawyer.

So I told him, the canadian constitution said I have the right to have my case heard, within 6 months of any dispute I might have with a law in canada.

The Canadian charter of rights and freedoms clearly states that.

Within 6 months of any dispute in law a canadian citizen has with canada that citizen has the right to be heard in a canadian court.

That's a statute written in the canadian constitution.

This crazy judge said to that,  that he didnt care if the laws of canada said I have that right.

He told me he was going to break that law.

In his own court in canada.

By refusing to hear my case.

Unless I hired a lawyer.

In essence that judge said to me that unless I pay someone money, I was going to be denied justice in canada.

In the matter of the canadian government illegally suspending my DRIVERS licence,.

In essence that idiotic hypocritical judge also said to me that he was going to break his hippocratic oath to uphold all the laws in canada in his court .

Where he clearly hypocritically resided as a judge.

So he unjustly denied me my rights to be heard in a court of law.

In essence he denied me my rights to many things on that note.

As a canadian born citizen.

As proper transportation works itself into many aspects of life.

Including work employment, traveling, relationships, family, stress, etc.

The government of canada should pay me for the unneccacary stress they forced me to endure .

For no rational reason they suspended my licence.

Then they admitted to me that they illegally suspended my licence.

And then they did nothing at all to correct their mistake.

I borrowed a lot of money for 6 years, to get my licence.

Getting myself into debt.

That too is harassing.

The government should be sued for that too..

I also want to say this .

I drove for four years perfectly.

In dads car.

.with the g2 licence.

Not one fine ever.

So, in summary, they let me drive for four years by myself in a car on ontarios roads.

Legally.

I drive perfectly for four years.

Periodically.

In dads car.

But the g 2 isnt good enough to start work.

I need the g licence for that.

Finally I get my g licence.

In Clinton ontario.

And I'm ready to start work.

The guy with the moving company hires me.

He did what he said he would.

If i went and got my licence he,d hire me.

I lost track of him over the years.

Even his name.

Though he only ever told me his first name.

Dont even know where he is anymore.

I should have kept track of his whereabouts.

But it didnt dawn on me to do that.

Foolish on my part.

I have no idea where he moved his company to.

But that's not really the point.

The point is i had work.

At that time.

And the government screwed me out of work.

I'm ready to start on a Monday.

I'm told this on a Thursday in 1999.

Was it july?

I think it was.

Anyways, I'm ready to start work.

And the government sends me a letter on friday that says my licence has been revoked.

So I lose my job.

The guy  who HIRED me says, hes sorry.

But he has to hire someone else.

It's his buisness.

I should sue the government for a million dollars.

For the stress and unneccacary hardship I've endured.

Due to their incompetency.

Also,

17.00 dollars an hour.

6 days a week.

Plus double in over time work.

Those were the numbers the guy who hired me, gave me.

When the government suspended my licence illegally.

What does that work out to?

Over 20 years?

They should compensate me lost wages too.

But even all that is not the point entirely regarding this letter I write here, to you, jeff.

The point to this letter is simply this.

Winnie was clearly in a position to hire a lawyer for me to get my licence back.

So i could work.

And so i wouldnt be a burden on dad.

She could have easily done that.

With the amount of money she made.

Annually.

Dad showed me one of her monthly pay stubs jeff.

She could have easily HELPED me get my DRIVERS licence back.

And you could have too.

It was the proper Christian thing to do.

She and you and Teresa  just hypocritically choose not to do the christian thing and help me with that.

So i wouldnt be a burden on dad.
